By using Swish & Legacy you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. The service
Swish & Legacy is a free basketball career simulator that runs in your browser. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
2. Fictional, simulated results
Everything that happens in the Game is a simulation. Ratings, statistics, drafts, awards and achievements do not reflect real events or predict real players’ careers.
3. Accounts
Creating an account is optional and only syncs your achievements. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity under your account. You must be at least 14 years old, or have your parents’ consent, to create an account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to break, scrape or overload the website; interfere with other users’ accounts or data; tamper with the sync service; use the Game for unlawful purposes; or use automated means to inflate traffic or interact with advertising.
5. Advertising
The Game is supported by advertising. We do not endorse advertisers. Ads are shown according to your cookie choices.
6. Intellectual property
The Game’s code, design and original content belong to its owner. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners; the Game is not affiliated with or endorsed by them (see the Legal Notice).
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Saved progress lives in your browser and may be lost if you clear your data, so we cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the new version.
9. Governing law
